Mr. Karam has extensive private sector development experience in residential, office and commercial development. The property will be managed by Julia LTD/Karam Financial Group Management Company. KFG has been in property management since 2001, managing Oakwood Estates, (120 residences) in Swansea, MA; North Farm Estates (90 residences) in Somerset, MA; Northside Village (46 residences) in Dennis, MA, and Westport Villages (48 residences) in Westport MA. In her capacity as Senior Property Manager since 2011, Melissa Panchley oversees the marketing, tenant selection and management of the aforementioned properties and two condo associations.
